July 9, 2014 was a special day for a group of club members who had the opportunity to visit Camp Boggy Creek near Eustis.

Camp Boggy Creek was founded in 1996 by Paul Newman and General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, with one simple premise in mind - that every child, no matter their illness, could experience the transformational spirit and friendships that go hand in hand with camp.

The group had the extreme pleasure to present a $1,250 check to Camp Boggy Creek. That represented a $250 Tribute Gift in the name of Buster Burt which was the result of the generous donations made by club members following Buster's passing. In addition, your Pit Crew (Board of Directors) voted to make a $1,000 donation to the camp so they may continue providing activities and adventures to the children and their families.
